📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

⛔ Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene and health reasons, certain personal wellness items (like opened blood pressure monitors or oximeters) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t work as expected, please contact us immediately with photos or video proof. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
